Jam Cookies, Ginger cookies, Chai on a Summer Day

Jam in the middle, cookie around it. Divine. Chewing on these makes you have to savour the cookie...well...because the jam makes you chew slower since it sticks to your
teeth. The experience makes this cookie a delight with a lovely chai.

A good side for gossiping, these sticky things would go well with milk at a slumber party. Bake these one afternoon after a bit of gardening late in summer and feel the smell of earth in your every breath as you chew on these. Maybe add some ginger cookies too.
